Using Your Isomaxx

The Back Pad can be placed on your low back.   This will help pull your spine into proper alignment.

The Back Pad can be placed high on your back to apply pressure without the help of a partner.

Pull Strap down to tighten each side for the desired tension.

To tighten the strap you first bend your leg, this will loosen the strap so pulling will be easy.

You loosen both sides for the desired stretch.

When using your bare feet, slide the pad around your foot until you reach the desired comfort.

To loosen the strap you first bend your leg, this will loosen the strap so pulling back on the buckle will be easy.

While wearing your shoes you can move the foot pad to the side of the foot to protect the pad from wear and tear.

In case of a cramp or emergency, you press the buckle release and you will be instantly released from the Isomaxx.

To put it back together simply snap buckle together. Use this procedure only when necessary.

The hand strap can be lengthened or loosened by the adjustable buckle.

The hand strap has several roles.  It can be used for upper body stretches or as a handle to assists with pulling body into desired stretches.

You can use the hand strap on your foot to create a handle for pulling your leg towards your body.

You can use the hand strap on your foot to create a handle for pulling your leg too your body.
